Flatlander Chili

Reviewed on Aug. 25, 2008 by Daniel Smith
I think this Chili is fantastic. One of the best I have ever made. I cooked it early in the day and then allowed the flavours to develop flavour nicely until I needed to reheat it later in the evening. Superb!

Yummy Pikelets

Reviewed on Jul. 30, 2008 by Mrs Chappie
Great recipe, very easy. I use buttermilk in my pikelets instead of just plain milk, and it gives a fluffy mixture which makes for a lighter pikelet. Funny how here in NZ and in Aussie they call them pikelets - in the English Midlands that is the name for crumpets. The English name for this recipe would be "Scotch Pancakes".

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed on Jul. 28, 2008 by Loz
Fantastic recipe. I went a little overboard when spooning them out so they all merged together into one giant cookie in the end, hehe, but still a brilliant soft cookie taste that I'll be sure to make again.
