Made this for Father's Day and it was a huge hit. Boiled the ribs for about one and a half hours which I found to be plenty then covered them with the sauce and left them for 3 hours before we barbequed them. The only thing I will change next time will be to use less butter to cook the onions and garlic.....otherwise PERFECT !!!!

I wanted a chocolate cake for my boyfriends birthday and I chose this one. . . the story went that i split the batter into 2 and the first batch sunk in the middle but the second came out perfect! (i have no idea what i did!) Everyone loved this cake and I have given the recipe to three of my friends already! (one a chef!) The sunk cake did not go to waste... heated up with some ice cream and it was amazing! Thank you very much for this! A definite keeper! :)

Had friend's over for supper and decided to try this pork tenderlion recipe as a change from my favorite one. This is now my new favorite.....everyone raved about it......so tender, moist and full of flavor. I did add a touch of honey as someone said to try.....Simply THE BEST !

Not bad.....I did think the molasses overpowered the flavour and would use less next time....if there is a next time !!

I cooked half the amount for 20mins. Both the husband and I liked this but wanted it to be more cake so would cook it longer in future.

Everyone loved this when I made it the other day. I didn't make any huge changes and it came out great. Sticky like a good brownie should be but solid enough too.

me and my partner loved this! However next time we will be reducing the amount of heat - a little 2 spicy but such a yummy recipe! I added a tsp of ground cinnamon to bring out the flavour and also added some sived tomatoes through out as it seemed to be getting a little thick! We served it with corn bread & sour cream! I only did the lamb from this as i needed a quick idea for my BBQ! My partner wasnt over the moon about it! He felt the spice over powered everything. I think it just needs a bit of a tweak for our tastes.

This was my first taste of meat loaf and i loved it... being based in the UK i've not really come across it so me and my boyfriend made it last night and it was amazing!! The only thing i changed was i halved the milk and also halved the sugar. also i put the sugar and tomato sauce on top not in the bottom of the pan! Will be making this again soon!!

The thought of it was good but the end result not so good. Far too much vinegar flavour for us. The only thing me and my boyfriend ate was the rice! Normally we love food like this but this recipe was just not for us!

I was expecting a lot more to be honest. I think i expected to much with reading the other reviews. Would try again but needs changing slightly i feel.
