Irish Cream Creme Brulee

Outstanding! So easy to make and yet so delicious. The only thing I did differently was to scale it to make 3. If you love creme brulee make this you won't be disappointed!

These were good. I didn't make them with the filling though. Reduced the sugar like others had suggested too.

World's Best Scones! From Scotland to the Savoy to the U.S.

They were good! The only way to have scones is with jam and clotted cream. These were light and just crumbly enough. The only change I made was to leave out the sugar because they just don't need it.
