Venison Bacon Burgers

Reviewed on Dec. 18, 2009 by Lesley Maria
These were great! Just followed the recipe and didn't change a thing. They turned out juicy and flavorful. My 12 year old daughter is not a big burger fan (although she does like venison) and she loved them too!

Fresh Pear Cake

Reviewed on Sep. 24, 2009 by Lesley Maria
This turned out pretty good - a little bit soggy in the middle but I think that is the nature of cakes in bundt tins. Anyway, the only change I made was to add 1 tsp ginger, omit the cloves and cut the cinnamon to 1/2 tsp. Will make again!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence

Reviewed on Jun. 16, 2009 by Lesley Maria
This was amazing! The smell had me right from the start. I put all the ingredients in a large ziploc baggie then put the steaks in and let them sit in the fridge for almost two days. We cooked them on the barbecue and they were fantastic!
