really amazing pancake recipe!!! really nice and soft and fluffy and yummy and crispy on the edges, and for the first time in my entire life i managed to toss it without it going on the floor...now thats a sign of a good pancake if ever i saw one!! I used gluten free flour and also used lemon juice and milk instead of the buttermilk, really really good! tomorrow i shall be trying the rest of the batter out on the whole family, i'm sure they'll love these pancakes as much as me :D

made this with gluten free flour and it was totally yummy, i also put jam and butter icing in the middle and lemony butter icing on the top, it went down very very well with the family thats for sure! :D

I made this for dinner then took the leftovers to work for lunch. I used a Granny Smith apple and didn't measure anything except the curry powder. I probably used less mayo than specified this way. This will be making regular appearances in my lunch box this summer. Thank you.

I used this as an appetiser when we had friends round for dinner. My husband said that he would eat this as an accompianment to pasta as well. I did make my own italian dressing and as I only have small pizza pans I made it on a retangular baking pan. So we had Italian Bread Squares. Thankyou for an excellent recipe I will make again.

I made this when I realised I'd run out of barbecue sauce. Friends who came round for the first barbecue of the year said this was really good and my husband was disappointed that he never got to try it. So I'll be making this again soon. Many Thanks.

One of our favourite restaurants has a mushroom stroganoff on their vegetarian menu which my daughter loves. She has been asking me for some time to try and make it at home. This recipe she said is just as good. I followed it exactly and it was far easier than I imagined and very quick to make as well. Another one to add to the folder I am compiling for her. These reminded me of an oatmeal biscuit you can buy here in the UK. I was really impressed with how well they held their shape. They certainly didn't last long in this house. Thankyou Michele.

I will definitely make this again. I used halved cherry tomatoes and an extra green pepper. It was sitting in the fridge for about 4 hours and the flavour of the dressing really shone through. Many Thanks.

having read some excellent reviews and a couple not so good i decided to give it ago- albiet a bit uneasy about how it would work- it did and it worked beautifully. I took everyones advice and i added almost 2 tsp salt and i added one tablespoon extra of flour and I have no idea if any of these made a difference but the loaf was fluffy and light.

My husband and daughter were adamant yesterday that they wanted pizza for dinner. I was equally adamant that as it's been raining nearly continuously for the past 3 days I was not going out to get the ingredients for their usual pizza. So I did a search and came up with this recipe to use ingredients I already had in. They are very glad I did. The proportions for the crust were perfect and the colour of the crust was lovely. With the topping I did leave out the olives due to personal preference. I also added in the onion and pepper to the meat before it was completely cooked to soften them a bit. I might add a little more hot pepper sauce into the topping next time. But otherwise this was perfection. Thankyou so much.
