Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed on Apr. 7, 2009 by Sarah N
Someone made this for me the other day, but mixed the cream layer into the mix rather than on the top. It was delicious, but I could defiantly only eat one slice! The only other improvement that she made was using a base made of crushed oreos, bound with egg and then baked for 5 minutes. Yum!

Basic Mexican Guacamole

I like to make this with red onion rather than yellow, but aside from that, this is my standard guacamole recipe and I find it always works out really well.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed on Mar. 30, 2009 by Heidi
This was a fantastic recipe the first time round. It's a 4* recipe as it is. I made it a 5* recipe by substituting normal cream cheese with onion & chive cream cheese. It gave the 'zang' that sour cream can never do! (Might try galic & her next time). I also used milk instead of water to keep it creamy, pepper & salt, and added extra mushrooms (sauteed) halfway through. So far I've service this over noodles, rice and mash! All 3 were brilliant bases for this sauce.
