Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Reviewed: May 14, 2006
This was a great recipe. My boyfriend raved about it and I liked it too. It was very fresh! The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because I honestly dont think I will make it again. It tasted great but not really that memorable for me.

Danish Meatballs with Dill Sauce

This was a great recipe. I used only ground beef for the meatballs, but otherwise followed the recipe very closely. The meatballs came out like a dream and the sauce was really great. I will certainly make this again! Thanks.

These were great, and the frosting made them even better! but I was looking for a more dense brownie, these were more like a cake.

I was born in Sweden and my mom always made these cookies! If you substitute about 1/4 cup of the flour for potato flour, the texture and flavor becomes even better!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
For a great tasting Fried Chicken Dish, I've used Step (2)on other chicken parts such as drumsticks & thighs & its PERFECT.. sometimes, I leave it overnight for extra flavour! "In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes."

Linda's Fake and Bake Chicken

I used CAJUN seasoning (in place of onion, garlic powder & paprika), normal breadcrumbs & normal milk (no evaporated milk @ home) & it turned out just as good! I didn't spray any oil since I don't have that. My husband likes it a lot, will definitely make it again!

White Chocolate Covered Pretzels

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2004
Pretty simple, but very time consuming! I also used light milk chocolate pretzels. I foudn though that the white chocolate melts and coats MUCH easier. After coating the pretzels in white chocolate,I then drizzeled with light milk chocolate (also did this on the light milk chocolate covered pretzels.) Everyone loved them!

Cornbread II

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2004
Pretty good recipe. I used 1 cup of cornflour instead of the 1/2 cup cornmeal, withheld the sugar and instant mashed potatoe flakes so I could make a cornbread dressing. Pretty good. I then wanted sweet cornbread so I added the sugar in the recipe. I have never made this recipe using the instant mashed potatoes. Maybe I'll try that one day.
