Honey-Orange Marinated Salmon

Reviewed on May 16, 2008 by foodlover
great easy weeknight recipe- i marinated for 1.5 hours- more than enough- added 2 cloves of minced garlic and increased the OJ by a dash and decresed the soy sauce by a smidge... reduced the marinating sauce for 7 min on boil with 1 tsp of cornstarch- strained and served on the side. instead of grilling, i usually pan fry my salmon for 3 min on each side.

So good - moist, like little muffin-cookies! My husband and 2yr old daughter love them! I used allspice instead of the cloves and they taste Great! Can't wait to make some more to share with friends! Thanks for a unique and tasty recipe!

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)

Reviewed on Mar. 29, 2008 by D'Anna
Loved this recipe! Made it with cumin and cinnamon - and the whole house smelled WONDERFUL! My 2 yr old daughter ate it for lunch and kept saying, "This is good, Mama!" Then for dinner we made it into veggie burritos - w/salsa and sour cream! GREAT!
