To compensate feeling guilty for the bacon, i added a bag of frozen mixed vegetables instead of the corn. i prefer my own dumpling recipe but these were ok. and you can NEVER go wrong with a recipe that includes bacon! Enjoy!

This is really the best chocolate cake recipe I have ever had. I suggest checking how strong the coffee turns out to be first, if it is too strong don't use all the amount, use 1/4 less or so, it u use the entire cup in taste too strong

French Salad Dressing

I thought it was good and different but nothing great. I also put less sugar since I though it was too sweet and used 1 tablespoon of lemon juice instead of 1 teaspoon. It makes a lot of sauce I would recommend to do half for 4 people and still have some left

I thought they were easy to make but extremely sweet. I would have done it with a little more vanilla and less sugar (maybe 3 and a half cups). They are good and creamy the first day but the next day the frosting becomes very stiff and u can feel the sugar a lot. So do it to eat the same day!

I've been making vanilla pudding from my grandmother's recipe all my life. I just have changed the recipe for this one! It is AMAZING! I omitted the butter and the salt though. Also mixed half of the finished pudding with 2 ounces dark chocolate. Excellent!

ok, i can't get corn syrup here in Venezuela, so I use honey. and eliminate the addicional sugar.. they are less sweet but the syrup you pour on makes them sweet... no icing, just toooo sweet. buttermilk makes them lighter it seems... you just can't make these come out bad... good eating!

i wasn't able to find turkey breast.. but i did find turkey rolls - small, deboned turkeys rolled up in the skin with both dark and white meat- it works great with those too... great recipe and no left over carcass!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

jalapeños are supposed to be hot! my sisters and i eat them as a relish, with tears rolling down our cheeks! great way to unstop sinuses! LOL... this recipe is right there next to the Jalapeño Cornbread for party food... parboiling will help reduce the bite.. but we like them hot... great recipe and easy to do.

INCREDIBLE~Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

If I could get my husband to say "these cookies are incredibly sublime, excellent" is because they really are. Great, easy, sweet & tart raspberry cookies. HIGHLY recommended. My only problem was my oven, since I have one of those tiny, fancy-looking european convection ovens, and I hate it. Had to lower the temp to 320 F and carefully watch them as they baked. Took them longer to cook, about 18 minutes.

Spoiled Baby Back Ribs

What can I say?... WOW. Just made this for dinner, while we were watching the basketball game. To make it easier (and not miss a second of the game) I used store-bought BBQ sauce, but mixed 3 different ones (regular, a mild one with a kick and hickory-honey) in even proportions. My fiancée is still raving about these amazing ribs. Ah! And used beef ribs, since I don't eat pork. Mega YUM!

Broccoli Shrimp Pasta Toss

This was delicious. I applied all the suggestions from fellow reviewers (adding more olive oli, butter, white wine and tomatoes) and it was a hit. I only had frozen brocoli and shrimp but still came out great! Can believe how fast it was cooked to! Will make again.
