I loved it! I just finished baking them and they were the hugest success at home! The dough was sooo easy to handle,I think you should knead it for more than 5 min, more like 10. Cutting it wasn't any trouble at all, I just used a really, really sharp brand new knife. I actually left them ready in the fridge overnight, woke up at 7am and let them rise at room temperature for 30-45 minutes before baking them at 375 F for 25 minutes. They started browning at abou 20 min but since they were so huge they sticked together and the sides were still a bit raw. I thought they wouldn't rise anymore but as soon as they got in the oven they became HUGE! I think next time I'll use 2 9 X 12 inches pans. Oh and by the way, they're great just as they are, no need for some frosting or anything, they're sweet enough! I read all the reviews and used butter for the filling and I doubled the amount of cinnamon (2 tablespoons) They're truly magnificent!
