Once again I failed to go over reviews and got caught. It was too salty, will make again but next time with less garlic salt. We used the jalapeno popper spread to dip them in and we loved that combo.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
I made this and I must say it was excellent. I cut the recipe in half because I had some cute little pans I was wanting to use, and didn't have lots of banana. I topped it off with a light brown butter glaze. Yum!

Easy and fast, I spiced it up a bit but kept it pretty much the same. Didn't have soup mix so did chopped onion and added some dry onion flakes too. Thanks for the recipe, it was just what my guy wanted.

Very good and so easy too. I added other spices because of other reviews and I have to agree I think it is needed. Onion powder and garlic powder with a shake or two of cayenne.

Got hard for me and I followed the directions. I'm not sure what went wrong but the peanut butter never got smooth, it just kinda seized up.

I made this exactly as written and it was great. Next time I will try the use of milk or egg to dip in before the bread crumbs to cut back on calories. This was good and easy for a needed quick lunch.

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2009
We really liked this chili recipe and like many other reviewers subbed different types of tomato mixes for the juice. I can't get juice here and I've never made my own. So, I used a can of stewed tomatoes that also has puree and a bottle of almost puree tomatoes. The spices were perfect for us and I will make again.

Gluten-Free Fudge Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
Thank you for this recipe. My hubby is now gluten free but loves brownies and anything chocolate. I tasted the brownies myself and I even like them. Fudgy and not dry, thanks again! ** update= I had to leave town the next day so I was forced to freeze them, best thing is they are better now! Something about freezing them helped take away the little bit of grittiness there was. If you work with gluten free products you know what I mean. So, try freezing them when you have any leftovers so you really can enjoy later. I made a peanut butter frosting to go on top, yummy!

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2009
Enjoyed this recipe, but must agree with other reviwers about the butter. Next time I will cut it down to 1/4 c. Also will cover the chicken for a while so it doesn't burn the tops. For some reason, I didn't read reviews on this before making and for that I am at fault for the chicken swimming in butter.

Cheesecake Cupcakes

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2009
I went the way of other reviewers and did one egg per package of cream cheese. I also had to leave in the oven a bit longer to get the topping to set better, which didn't really happen. As for taste, very sweet, and when I make again I will try 3/4 c. sugar to the sour cream topping. I appreciate this recipe because it is gluten free and I didn't have to really change much. Thanks
