Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake

Reviewed on Dec. 22, 2009 by Chelsey
I used chocolate cookie crumbs for this cake. It is DELICIOUS. Two things i will do different next time: 1) use about 50 caramels for the filling as 30 was not enough. 2) Use more milk in the carmel as it end up a little harder then I would like. I put carmel on top too and almost doubled the amount of milk it asked for and it was still thick but not "chewy" Over all one of my favorite cheesecakes for sure.

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed on Dec. 8, 2009 by mom
Really really good carrot cake. I modified the recipe to be more diabetic friendly, and even with the modifications it was super good. I substituted spelt flower for regular flower, and xylitol for sugar.

Absolute Best Pancake Syrup

Reviewed on Nov. 2, 2009 by Janelle D.
I was a little worried about how the buttermilk would make this taste, but I had nothing to worry about! This was the most amazing thing I have ever tasted. We are going to freeze some of the leftovers to see how that does. Thanks for an awesome recipe!
