About me:
I have had over twenty-five years in the culinary arts in varied settings ranged from rustic camps through to resorts and hotels. I keep abreast of modern trends and methods presenting them in my meals and menus. using a pallet of tastes, textures and color to do so. I enjoy a challenge and embrace contact with my clientele giving me the opportunity of one on one or more interaction. Over the past few years Ive concentrated on specialty diet requirements and healthier eating habits. Ive dealt with many different allergies, intolerances and sensitivities, vegetarian requests, all testing my creativity both on my own web site and in written books yet to be published.. I hope to continue to broaden and increase my own and the publics knowledge and awareness, for better balanced eating. Canadian Dietchef Lee N Brockelbank

Pie Crust IV

Reviewed on Jul. 6, 2009 by sugarwaffle
I made this today for a strawberry rhubarb pie. I followed the directions for a doubled recipe (using veg shortening). I used my regular old food processor. I found that I only needed about a half cup of ice water for the recipe to stick properly. This recipe didn't need any sugar added for an already sugary pie, it was flaky and good. I did wet the top a bit with water and sprinkle sugar on it to make it look pretty :).

Barbequed Pork Ribs

Reviewed on Jul. 1, 2009 by missliss
These are by far the best ribs Ive ever tasted! I didnt have time to refridgerate for 2 hrs after the sauce was on the ribs and they still turned out amazing! This will be a repeat recipe for me!
