Baked Tomatoes Oregano

For such a simple recipe these were really good. I also used parmasan cheese(not the powered stuff) and Italian breadcrumbs. I also just sprayed the top with olive oil. Fantastic and tasty!

Easy Chicken Satay

Why, why, why, did I wait so long to make this recipe. This wonderful meal was sitting in my recipe box for ages. So glad I finally used it. I also just baked these tid bits in the oven. (it was a rainy day) and added garlic because we LOVE garlic, other than that I made as exactly written, turned out DELISH.
