Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

I have made pancakes for years but wanted to try buttermilk instead of plain and these are the best. I will never go back to my old recipe these are so light and fluffy. My whole family loved them and I followed the recipe exactly because we had company to help eat them. Thanks for a great recipe that everyone loved.

I was trying to find something different to do with pork tenderloin ('cause I don't like pork). I tried this recipe exactly and my whole family loved it. I had enough skewers made up to invite our best friends as well and they commented on how good dinner was. The best part was the cleanup and the fact that it really did look like a gourmet meal. I will, for sure, make this for my summer backyard barbeque with my friends. Thanks for a great recipe.
