Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

These are amazing! I followed the recipe to a tee, and they go just as fast as they're made. My boyfriend just can't get enough. I've made them several times already and will continue to! Thanks for this awesome recipe! =)

Donna's Lasagna

Reviewed on Mar. 4, 2009 by Marly
Delicious -- this will be my go-to lasagna recipe! Because I only had one 6 oz. can of tomato paste, I used 6 oz. tomato sauce as a substitute for the second, which worked out great. The meat mix was a little too thick for my liking so I added a bit more of the pureed tomato and tomato sauce with another 1/2 tsp. or so of sugar to balance out the extra tomato flavor.

Easy Vegetarian Corn Chowder

Absolutely delicious. I add potatoes (pre-cooked) and use chicken broth rather than vegetable, since that's what I tend to have on hand.
