Chocolate Chip Muffins

Delicious! I made the changes that other people recommended and these turned out really light and fluffy. Had these ready when the kids came home from school and they disappeared pretty quick!

Cathy's Peanut Butter Fudge

A delicious fudge recipe and easy to make. I did as another reviewer recommended and let it sit for 10 minutes before adding the cornstarch. I also substituted the milk for light cream, gave it a nice and creamy texture. Will definitely be making this again! Thank you!
