Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

AMAZING! I made this recipe for Christmas eve dinner. It was a huge success. I am known for my sweet potatoes & usually have a little left over. After reading the review I doubled the recipe, I still did not have any left overs.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

This is brilliant. I couldn't find leeks at a reasonable price ($5.29/lb is not reasonable) so I substituted garlic and celery, but even then it was delicious! Highly recommended.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Three stars because it's far too sweet for me - I felt like scraping my mouth out after trying it. It is a good recipe IF you cut the sugar in half or less - 1/4 cup worked for me.
