Frosted Banana Bars

Very good! I baked this in a 9x13 cake pan and I baked it for 30 mins. Excellent flavour! Nice & light. I frosted it with 'Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting' from this site.

Tiramisu II

Fantastic!!! I followed suggestions and prepared it 2 days before hand. I also made the ladyfingers from a recipe found here. I only had 1/2 a pound of marscapone cheese, but it worked out just fine. No runniness either. I also used 3/4 cups of espresso & 6 tbsp of Bailey's Irish Cream 'Caramel flavour'. It was to die for. I also made this in my 9" springform pan.
