This recipe is awesome!! I had one batch that seemed to be a little too soft to roll so I added some coconut to absorb the moisture and they were extra yummy!!!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

It was easy to make this recipe gluten-free, and it tasted fantastic! I've made it 4 times in 2 weeks. Wonderful over pasta! (gluten-free pasta of course)!
