Clone of a Cinnabon

Fantastic!!! I made this with gluten free flour. UGH! What a mess, and it didn't make it to the 'bun' stage. But I threw the doughy glop in a pan, and threw it in the oven anyways. They tasted wonderful!!!! The consistancy was terrible, but that's not the fault of this recipe.... it's the flour.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I'm a real spice-wimp, and found there was too much cayanne in this for my taste. Our guests really enjoyed them, but I will put less cayanne in them than the recipe calls for next time.
