Breakfast Casserole III

Reviewed on Jan. 4, 2010 by MINNIE000
I agree with some of the other reviewers who said this was dry. I think next time I'll stir in some salsa or even just chopped tomato to give it some moisture. I did make this a one pot dish though. My pots are oven safe so I browned the onion, sausage and hash browns in the pan then just added the cheese and egg on top and put the whole thing in the oven. I'll probably make this again, but I'll definitely be adding either salsa or a cream soup to give it some moisture.

Raspberry-Glazed Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed on Dec. 29, 2009 by Dixie'sMom
A nice change for boneless chicken breasts. Made as written with the exception of the mustard which I didn't have on hand. So I used regular Dijohn. I do question the cooking time however. After 20 minutes at 350*, this dish was no where cooked. Possibly I should have flattened the breasts first. But I fail to see this in the directions. Added at least 20-25 minutes on to the cooking time. Not sure if I'll make this again, but might be well worth tweaking!
