I needed a recipe without corn syrup and I found this one. It's very tasty, very delicious! It's a hit and it's a definite keeper! Thank you!

Easy Pavlova

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
very nice recipe! i will not follow anyone's advice to let pavlova cool overnight again. i burned this twice on xmas day by preheating the oven without looking in the oven. be careful! scraped off the burnt bits from the second one and it was still delicious!

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast

Fantastic - made it last night. I will make again, but will make paste of salt as it sounds like it would encrust more wholly. Now for the sandwiches!

The Ultimate Chili

I don't add as much brown sugar, maybe just a sprinkle at most. I add more of the spices too. Everyone loves my chili! I serve it with buttermilk corn bread.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2009
So quick and easy to make. I brought this to a potluck dinner as an appy with some slices of crusty bread, bread sticks and pita triangles and I was surprised that everyone (7 people) devoured it to the last bit. I only used half of the cream cheese and felt that it was rich and creamy enough. As for the alfredo I used a roasted garlic and parmesan alfredo, and it combined very well. I added 5 cloves of freshly roasted garlic too.

A little too dry and thick, needed water added. Taste was good though, a little hit of eggnog here and there.

Very good. I added half a cup of sundried tomatoes and some of the oil. Also added some crushed red pepper flakes (about a tsp). I'll probably experiment with other ingredients like roasted red peppers or some jalapeno peppers next time.

Super easy and pretty quick! I used half semi-sweet and half milk chocolate that was leftover from a batch of billionaires, but that was fine. I couldn't quite get the swirls looking as artistic as the photos uploaded, but I will do better next time!

Chocolate Billionaires

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2009
I made these for the first time yesterday. I sprayed everything with nonstick spray, even my fingers, for the rolling part, and that worked great! For the chocolate, I couldn't figure out how to dip them completely without getting too much chocolate on them, so I just dipped half and that turned out just fine. They're pretty chewy, but the flavour was great! Have already received requests to make more. :)

Special Banana Bread

I *love* this recipe! I throw this together often, the only changes I've made are wholewheat flour, a splash of vanilla, and I use real butter & pecans. This always turns out SO DELICIOUSLY MOIST. Seriously, I can't get enough of this wonderful banana bread recipe - thanks so much for sharing it! <3
