About me:
I am a happily married mother of 4. I have had a passion for cooking ever since I was a little girl cooking with my mom and then it was further developed by my cafeteria high school teacher.Their willingness to share their little nuggets and their vast knowledge of cooking has been enjoyed by many people in my kitchen. I am forever grateful to them.

Apple Coffee Cake With Brown Sugar Sauce

Fantastic! It's not too heavy and pleasantly moist. Brought it to a party and everyone loved it! ...add some ice cream and it's even more splendiferous ;)

Quick and Easy Chicken

Reviewed on Apr. 28, 2008 by chocoholic
Thank you everyone for your reviews on this recipe! If I had followed the recipe exactly, it definitely would have been too spicy for us. I doubled the sauce and only used 1/2 tsp. of pepper. I also substituted teriyaki for some of the soy. Will make again, but probably add some crushed garlic. Thanks for a tasty recipe:)

Quick Turkey and Rice

Reviewed on Apr. 14, 2008 by chocoholic
Good flavor! I cooked the rice in chicken stock. I used left-over BBQ chicken, instead of turkey, and added garlic, black pepper, and a shake of dried chiles. We're not big celery fans, but didn't mind it in this recipe.
