About me:
I am a can & box chef. I know nothing about the cooking "from scratch" that people talk about. I am a Vegan ( and have been for 20 years), but I am probably the laziest one ever. I am becoming painfully aware of processed and GMO foodsand I am making a huge change.

Minestrone Soup I

Reviewed on May 6, 2008 by Jean Marie
The soup had a nice flavour. I used kidney beans and veggie broth. I didn't have any tomato paste, so I used a small can of tomato sauce. I also added peas and corn. Delicious!

Peach Upside Down Cake II

Reviewed on Apr. 16, 2008 by Jean Marie
I didn't have the zest or the orange juice so I used the juice from the can of peaches. The first time I made this, it overflowed all over my oven. I put some tinfoil under the next time and had no problems.

Maple-Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Reviewed on Feb. 26, 2008 by TARA9
I think this may be the best pork recipe I've tried to date - and so easy too! I'm going to try the glaze on chicken next.
