Easy Meatloaf

well so far so good. I forgot the milk and its in the oven now (hoping it will turn out) I grilled the onions in EVOO and added Worchestershire sauce.

Quick Spaghetti Sauce

Fantastic! I wanted a quick sauce to make dinner for my toddler and not only does he love it, but it's packed full of vegetables, so it's nutritious too. Thanks!

Crustless Cheese Quiche

very good. it was my first time attempting a quiche. it was so easy and although it took longer to cook and had a lot of grease from the cheese and bacon (i think i added too much) But i drained it and continued cooking and had some left overs this morning. even my 2 year old ate it. really good
