I am 27, I have a wife and a son, who love my cooking. I am currently a stay at home dad. I started cooking with my mom when I was in middle school, and my cooking just progressed from there. I have cooked in a few restaurants but decided that it wasn't for me, I just really like cooking for family and friends.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed on Nov. 11, 2008 by Flea
This was a great recipe, the meat was moist and tender. I cut back 1 tsp on the soya sauce and added 1/4 cup HP Sauce to bold up the flavour. Really nice, will use again and again.

Rosemary Carrots

Reviewed on Sep. 28, 2008 by Flea
This recipe is easy and turns out wonderfully. Don't overcook the carrots! I use organic carrots (if they aren't from my garden) to ensure a nice flavour. I served the dish with roast beef. My guests loved the taste so much that they asked for the recipe.

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed on Sep. 22, 2008 by Flea
This recipe is terrific and easy. I did substitute canned/frozen for fresh products instead to give it a better taste and texture. It was enough for 2 pie shells, so plenty for the family. I have passed this recipe on to many!
