Made this for Father's Day and it was a huge hit. Boiled the ribs for about one and a half hours which I found to be plenty then covered them with the sauce and left them for 3 hours before we barbequed them. The only thing I will change next time will be to use less butter to cook the onions and garlic.....otherwise PERFECT !!!!

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Had friend's over for supper and decided to try this pork tenderlion recipe as a change from my favorite one. This is now my new favorite.....everyone raved about it......so tender, moist and full of flavor. I did add a touch of honey as someone said to try.....Simply THE BEST !

Mahogany Chicken Wings

Not bad.....I did think the molasses overpowered the flavour and would use less next time....if there is a next time !!

Italian Pasta Florentine

This dish was soooo good. I was surprised when i made it, i didn't think it would be a hit but it was. I have made it over and over again and it never gets old ^_^

Curried Cashew, Pear, and Grape Salad

Well...what can I say that hasn't already been said! I made this for a friends New Years Eve party and it was the hit of the night. Everyone LOVED it and wanted the recipe, definatly a keeper, a BIG thank you.

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley

Thought I'd give this a try as it sounded so good and all the reviews were good too. All we could taste was garlic!! It was so strong we couldn't eat it and we both love garlic.IF I make it again it will be with maybe 1 or 2 cloves and not 4.
