Beet, Walnut and Prune Salad

If you love beets you'll love this little salad. I made it the first time just to get rid of some fresh beets that I had and didn't want to lose. Now I buy beets just to make this salad.

Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Oh man! Loved loved this!! I doubled the recipe for my family and they thought it was the best they ever tasted. I also added a lil more garlic and a TB of EVOO. I also used cilantro instead of parsley, made for unique change and tasted soo fresh. Will definitely make for a long time!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

This is a great recipe! I used knorrs vegetable dip mix instead of spinach and it turned out fantastic. I also used the whole package plus extra spinach, because we like a lot of spinach. I used 8 oz of water chestnuts also. Everyone raved about it!
