About me:
I've never enjoyed cooking although I find that I'm quite good at it when I do cook. My partner is amazing in the kitchen and I've found that I haven't really cooked anything in the past year because of this! Because of a new addition to the family, and my partner working - I've decided to get a bit busier in the kitchen and cook up some healthy soups and stews that can be stored in the refridgerator for winter. It'll stop me snacking on bread and other nasties!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Easy to follow recipe as with some other users I don't have a bread maker so did it all by hand. Wonderful textured bread. As with most kiwi's who are used to a savoury bread we found this too sweet to have with dinner but loved it with jams etc.

Chocolate Cupcakes

Loved this recipie. So very easy. I added milk and white choc chips, but did over fill my cups which I don't reccomend. Next time may use castor suger as it blends a bit easier with the butter.

Pecan Pie IV

Reviewed on Dec. 27, 2007 by M.J.
Made this for christmas lunch and it was the only dessert to be completly eaten. Everyone loved the rich toffee flavour. Note to those who do not have pre-made "pie crusts" available; make sure your pastry isn't too thin as you may get some filling soaking through and leaking out as I did. Totally my fault and not the recipe!
