Chocolate Meringue Pie

This turned out well, except I personally would have preferred the taste of smooth rich chocolate opposed to the taste of the cocoa powder in this recipe. Despite that, this was a good dish. Although I decided to make my own Short pastry and made the pies into miniature individual sizes rather than one large pie. Turned out good. Thanks.

Ultimate High Altitude Chocolate Chip Cookies

I added the extra flour and an extra 1/2 cup of choc bits to make it a little crunchier and choclate-ier. Definatley worth a try, turned out quite nice, caramelised and crunchy on the outside and softer but not gooey on the inside. Nice with a big glass of milk. Beware: a little moorish!!

Old-Fashioned Coconut Pie

this is the same recipe I used to use when I worked at a small restaurant in Indiana. It was loved by all...it is still requested by customers unfortunately now I ma thousand of miles away lol...DELISH!! and yep it's gotta be from scratch *grin*
