THIS MEATLOAF IS SO YUMMY AND SO EASY TO MAKE. MY HUSBAND REALLY LIKED THIS. I LOVED THE BROWN SUGAR/KETCHUP GLAZE. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY GINGER SO I USED GARLIC INSTEAD.

This was fantastic!! Really yummy and super easy to make - my entire family loved it. I also really liked the fact that it didn't use heaps of cream which makes it different from the majority of recipes.

Corned Beef Potato Pancakes

This recipe is really yummy I served it with eggs but used left over corned meat (not the canned type) which I think added to it - I have also made this replacing the grated potatoe with mashed - that was even better

Absolute Mexican Cornbread

I made this for a party and it was a hit!! Everyone loved it. I had never made cornbread before and as I'm in Australia I couldn't get some of the ingredients. I used a cup of Cheddar cheese and 1 fresh green chilli. Everyone was asking if there was more. Thanks Judy.

Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie
