Bread Machine Challah I

Reviewed on Jan. 4, 2009 by Amystar79
This turned out fantastic! I made a few changes according to what others have suggested. I substituted white sugar for honey and used unsalted butter instead of margerine. I used the dough cycle on the bread machine and let it rise in the bread machine for an hour. I then made a lovely braid and let it sit for an another hour to rise under a tea towel. I then brushed the braid with egg and honey. It came better than what i expected. I will definately have to make two next time.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Reviewed on Dec. 23, 2008 by Mrs Possum 08
Made it as written for dinner tonight. It was delicious. Thanks so much for showing me a new way to prepare salmon. I was given many salmon cutlets (I usually cook with fillets) and this recipe worked really well. We had the salmon with steamed zucchini and carrots.

Summer Potato Salad

Reviewed on Dec. 19, 2008 by 0_0skullduggery
I only used 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and that is all that was necessary. A wonderfully light potato salad with a very slight lemony flavor that doesn't over power. I don't like egg, so i left it out, but the end result was still a nice potato salad.
