Vegetarian Gravy

I was attempting to make gravy tonight.... well needless to say it was bland bec all I did was put butter, flour and broth together.. I looked at this recipe and I added in some garlic powder, onion powder and the soy sauce and it was awesome!!! This saved me!!!! Yum!!!!!!!

Lentil Soup

Yummy it was good I made a huge batch of this and it was all gone I did add some tumeric and cumin to it and I used low sodium veggie stock.. will definitely make again!!!

Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

WOW I made these tonight on the spur of the moment for an impromtu dinner, I didn't use all the mushrooms and fillings so I'll be making the rest tomorrow!! It was really good!!!!

This was really good - everyone enjoyed it!!! I think I will make it a bit more spicy next time the pepper sauce I used wasn't too hot but I have some really hot ones I may mix in but definitley will make again!!! SOOO GOOD!!!!

This is soo good!! if you are a scotch lover you will like this if not then add a bit more amaretto to reduce the bite of the scotch!! Also don't use a cheap scotch it will taste horrible!!! I used glenfiddich or glenlivet scotch.. and a good amarreto soooo good!!!

Special Buttercream Frosting

This frosting was pretty good - I read the reviews so I di d some the changes used 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup butter shortening - I used a lot of confectioners sugar to get this to be pretty stiff it was quite runny - I do wish I has more sugar bec I would have liked the frosting to have been a bit more stiff for the cakes I was decorating all in all it was pretty good.

Plain Eggless Cake

This cake come out very good!!! I couldn't beliew how well it turned out. I added some corn starch to the mixture but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. great will make again I made it in two 9 inch pans and the cakes were awesome !!!

Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Garlic Butter

This was very good even my picky Husband ate it an didn't complain.. Next time I may add some more black pepper and some red chile pepper as we prefer more spicy food but it was a good halibut recipe...

Spinach Quiche

This was really good I didn't have the feta but everything else and it was good will add some more pepper next time some red chili pepper. I made them in indvidual muffin tin size so my husband could have them frozen at work every day worked great came out well and he loved it...

Simple Tuna Spread

Easy Veggie Samosas

I did doctor this up a bit and used peas and potatoes and carrots only in my curry mixture. They do taste good and are usually all gone quickly!!! They go well with a tamarind chutney sauce.. Make sure you taste your seasonings before cooking and I add some fresh cilantro to the mixture as well.
