 I love to eat and that's why I love to cook. I made my first meal at age eight. It was dumplings and tuna and I forgot the put salt in the dumplings but my mother sprinkled salt on them and ate them anyway. She really appreciated it.

Golden Rum Cake

This cake was great! The only thing I did differently was use white Jamaican rum in the batter,and for the glaze I used a dark Jamaican brandy. But absolutely no changes required, this was super moist,tasty,and the hit at any occasion.

Chicken Florentine Casserole
