Spinach Brownies

Amish Cookies

I've made these cookies a lot for my school (i'm a kindergarten teacher) and it's really good and very easy to make. But i've always taken a fork dipped in sugar to flatten them a bit, and give them a nice shape, then i put sprinkles on them (depending on the season, the colors change). My students love them!

Pizza Casserole

I made this recipe with ground chicken instead of hamburger and pepperoni, I used extra sauce also, and I used Jalapeno cheese instead of mozz to give it an extra kick, everyone loved it. Oh yeah we can't get egg noodles here, so I used small thin bow tie pasta.

Amber's Sesame Chicken

very, very good! Definetely a keeper. The only thing I would change is adding the sesame to the flour. It did not adhere to the chicken, so I thought it was a waste. Also, because the sauce is so good, I would double the amount. The end result was very tasty indeed.
