Carrot Cake III

This recipe is pretty good. However, I found that it's a bit crumpy, as the cake breaks off quite easily. It doesn't stay in one piece. But the over taste, texture is very good!

very very good recipe :) i replaced 2 tbps of the flour with cornstarch though, just to be safe. drizzled the cheesecake slices with a little caramel beaten with milk just before serving. awesome. next time i'll try with fruits ;)

Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Once u pop these in your mouth,you'll never stop!!!didn't have splenda so i used 3/4cup each brown and white sugar..really love peanut butter so added 2tbsp more and additional flour.(every additional tbsp of p.b,same amount of flour)..can never get enough of these!
