So yummy! Before serving, I added a few drops of sesame oil and sprinkle on toasted sesame seeds.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Delicious and so easy to make! When I have time, I use fresh minced ginger. I also put foil on top to cover. It keeps the chicken tender but I remove the foil in the last 20 minutes.
