Flatlander Chili

Very Very Good Recipe. But i did changed a few things, i used pomi strained tomatoes and stewed tomatoes, and sauteed the trinity (onion,bell pepper,celery) first then added the meat. Thanks for this recipe.

Garlic and Onion Burgers

Hmmm...i've tried it not on bun..but twas good also for burger steak with mushroom sauce topped with sliced mushroom buttons and a dash of pepper that simple but so yummmy...and shhhh...it made good sales. thanks Jeff

Baked Cream Cheese Appetizer

For a sweet version of this appetizer, try this twist. Instead of using dill weed, add 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the cream cheese. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar using a sifter. A word of warning, make two batches. One won't be enough!
