the first time i made this cake, it was a bit dry and crumbly. the second time round, i realized that i used medium sized eggs, so instead of 4 eggs, i used 6 medium sized eggs and ta-dah...the cake is moist and delicious..i also used milk instead of water and used 2 cups of brown sugar.i topped this cake with Caroline/s Chocolate Fudge Frosting (recipe can be found in this website) for that extra chocolaty taste..yummy!!!
