Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2008
Make this almost everyday for breakfast. Very easy and quick to prepare. I never use milk, just water instead. I also added 2 tsp sugar to batter, sprinkles a little chopped raisins and walnuts while cooking, and eat the pancake as is, no syrup or additional butter. Using teflon pan is great because no oil is needed. And they are still fluffy pancakes. Yum!

Creamy Hot Cocoa

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
The first time I made this hot chocolate, I totally forgot to add vanilla extract and I also simply run out of half-and-half cream, but still it turned out to be the best home-made hot chocolate ever.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2008
I make this recipe twice. The first time I made, i followed all the recipe. It was too wet and too sweet. My husband didn't like it. So the second time, I change the recipe. I double the recipe (4 eggs), add more flour (about 1 1/2 cup) and reduce the sugar (1 1/2 cup). I add 1/2 cup walnut and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Also I keep in refrigator for several hours before I cut and serve them. And the result is....AMAZING. I don't even give the frosting. It's great!!!!!

Delicious Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
Surprisingly this recipe is the same like what I usually made. The different is this one contains more peanut butter which I don't mind at all :-) I must admit this peanut butter cookies are really delicious. I've made this cookies with my version several times now and I definitely will try this one too. But for a mouth watering looking cookies I add 1/2 cup peanut (skinless peanut, toasted and crushed)and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. sllluurrrp, my mouth has already watering, cannot wait to make this again.

Focaccia Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2008
It's the best focaccia bread i've ever tasted. i use 2 tsp white sugar, and replace garlic powder, thyme, and basil with 2 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary leaves, i also replace water with milk. Before baking, i let dough rise for 10 minutes, and sprinkle it only with chopped rosemary and parmesan. This is the recipe you want to make again and again, i'll never look for another focaccia recipe, i've found the perfect one, thanks Terri!

It tasted really good! But when I looked at the calorie intake per serving - I don't know if I want to make this again- or even eat it anymore! :) I might have to exercise for 5 hours to burn those calories :)

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delicious, soft and chewy cookies. Underbake them by a minute or two for a softer texture. I wasn't able to achieve the crisp outside, but these are still delicious!

Salmon with Tomatoes

Reviewed: May 28, 2008
I left out the dill weed because I didn't have any and the flavor was great. I made again the next day, still w/o dill weed, adding chopped red and green pepper, and sliced grilled eggplant. A complete meal at one go. Easy and delicious.
