The best New York style cheesecake we've ever had. We actually used leftover homemade cranberry sauce once for the topping and it was awesome.

Irish Cream Chocolate Cheesecake

We use this for bake-sales for our company every year and it always sells out in less than 5 minutes. Better than the restaurants.

Banana Banana Bread

We only used 2/3rds the amount of required sugar and it turned out great. Love the extra banana flavour.
