Robbi's M&M Cookies

Reviewed on Dec. 3, 2009 by Sophie
I made these for my friend's birthday potluck and everyone loved them. I thought the cookies would be sweet without the m&ms so I only put in a half cup in the batter and pushed one or two candies into the cookies after they were dropped on the pan. The only problem I had with these cookies were that they spread out a lot more than I thought they would. In my second batch I piled the drops up higher and spaced the cookies out on the pan and I came out with much prettier looking cookies.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed on Nov. 3, 2009 by lonnie
Wow! I was quite surprised this turned out really really good, despite forgetting to grease the baking dish. This was way better than all the enchiladas I had in different Mexican joints. I didn't change any part of the recipe. Just topped it with cilantro and red pepper flakes after baking and had jalapenos as a side dish.

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Reviewed on Oct. 27, 2009 by Sophie
Yum! These muffins were moist and delicious. Even my mother, who usually doesn't care for muffins, enjoyed them! I didn't make the topping because I thought it would be too sweet for breakfast, and they were good enough without it. Following some of the reviews, I added about two more tablespoons of milk, doubled the cinnamon. I used one large apple instead of two, and cut into big chunks. I also filled the cups 3/4 way, and with the alterations, the recipe made 12 muffins.
