I used 2 egg yolks and 4 egg whites, as one reviewer suggested, and used 2 tbsp of coconut extract. The alcohol taste from the coconut extract was a bit strong, but it was still very good. I'm thinking of boiling the extract in the milk next time to get rid of the alcohol.

I was hesitant to make this at first but I was hungry, had all the ingredients at hand and really didn't feel like eating fastfood. This is soo good. I even got an "mmm..mmm" from my hubby. Although I am not a big fan of canned tuna I do love avocados and keep finding ways to make it a part of my diet. Avocados are loaded with MUFA's (mono-unsaturated fat -->the good kind) which actually helps your body get rid of the "bad" fat. So Gracias for sharing this recipe!

Oh my goodness! I did the dough in my bread machine (like I always do to cut down on my work!) and then followed the recipe from there. These were AWESOME. 12 weren't enough, so the second time I made them, I doubled the recipe. They were gone in 2 days.

Wow! This was really good and gone in 1 day! I had a 32 oz bag of tropical fruit blend in my freezer (peaches, strawberries, pineapples and mangos). I just added them frozen. I had no idea how it would turn out, but it was great. My kids all wanted more, but there wasn't any left.*I topped each serving with vanilla ice cream. Will make again!!!

Awesome! Used a grill pan because of rain and it was still great. Nice on a salad the next day if you have leftovers.

Ok---the final product was great, but they didn't have much flavor. Will try the technique with a different sauce.

I've made this recipe twice and the first time I made it, it was a 5 star but the second time-3 stars the difference? - I used canned corn the first time and frozen ones the second time. And believe me, it made a whole lot of difference. Be sure to use the canned ones as the recipe suggests. mmm.. mmm.. Good.
