I am almost 60 years old and have been interested in food for the last 50 years. I used to watch my mother baking her wonderful cakes and magnificant Yorkshire Puddings. I think this was a great influence on my cooking and baking. My husband and I live with my daughter, her husband and three children in South Africa (they have a signage business here and one in Maputo, Mozambique)and my son is a Forensic Mental Nurse in Australia.
