I would like to give this recipe 4.5 stars, but I can't so 4 it is. I halved the recipe and only made the cookie part. Then I threw in a cup of dark chocolate chips as I was actually looking for an orange and chocolate chip cookie recipe. I didn't have orange juice concentrate so I used double the zest and ordinary orange juice - I will probably triple the zest next time to get a bigger kick of orange. From the half batch I got exactly 4 dozen cookies - not knowing how much they would spread I was careful to use just a teaspoon of dough for each cookie. But they didn't spread very much and actually rose. They are quite pretty, but also rather cakey, which is where they lose the half star.

I have just made this bread and it is really lovely and so easy to make. I would never have thought zucchini could taste so nice.

Wow, really delicious and refreshing. We were just given a bag of lemons from a friend and we wondered what we could do with them. Now we know.

I have made this a few times now and we have had it served over rice or with baked potatoes... really yummy!

I could not get the dough to rise

Very nice pudding. We just ate it with some custard. Very easy to make and delicious to eat.

Really delicious and so easy to make. I prepared the meal in the slow cooker pot last night and then put it into the slowcooker this morning before church and we came home to a delicious hot meal.

I made these brownies for a bake sale at my sons school. They flew! They are a real crowd pleaser, only I used mmmmm better brownies recipe as the brownies base and added the icing sugar and chocolate glaze to it. It was awsome!

When I saw this recipe the thought that crossed my mind was, How weird! But I was very curious about what it wouls taste like so I made them. And I was pleasantly surprised! They are so good. I did it for a womans night. We felt like real men, eating fried pickles and drinking beer! Haaha! It is worth a try and I will make this over and over!

I have made these about 5 times in the last month, for different events, and everytime it's a huge hit! The last time I made them they only lasted 2 hours. I live in South Africa so I don't use nut's (they're pretty expensive). But I do tripple the recipe and they come out as these huge, clumpy, chewy and crunchy and sooooo satisfying brownies. They are so easy to make too, I either add a half a cup extra of cocoa or 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, it gives it a deeper flavour, I also Tried it with coffee and cinnamon and decreased the cocoa a bit, it's a whole new recipe but also mmmmmmmmmm, GOOD!

I'm giving this full marks, because if i was able to make them properly they would have been fantastic. it was really quick to mix together and wasnt long til i popped it in the oven, putting it on top grill!! which resulted in my 'brownies'baked to a crispy crunch on top and a sticky chocolatey pudding thingy at the bottom. if i had put the oven (which i've never used before) correctly they may have come out fantastic. i didn't have walnuts so just added some crushed peanuts instead. it was still fine. Fiance liked it though.. he thought it was some sort of chocolate pudding.. oh well better luck next time!

this sounds very delicious, we have bread dough at our local grocer, but there are no package instructions. could someone please tell me more or less how long you should bake them? in case i can't find any instructions.
