I work full time in Real Estate Law, and have two children at home. My husband is in law enforcement and our meal times are about the only sit-down family time we manage to get! Slow cooker items are my personal favorite, I can prepare the ingredients before bed and throw it all in before I head to work in the morning. I also love seasonal cookie baking. I grew up in a German/English household so cookies at holiday times are a must, and nothing too spicey. There are many.....I haven't found a recipe I couldn't make work...except.... Angel Food Cake. It NEVER works for me.
