I have worked in various restaurants, ran my own for a time, and generally love to cook. I am listed as an expert but I still have many many things to learn. This site has helped me to grow quite a bit.

I love to grill anything. I also enjoy Mexican food, cooking and eating it.

Sour Cream Enchiladas. I spent a rainy day finding the quickest and best way for me to create this dish.
