Stay at home mom and attending college online, with one lil guy and one almost adult daugther, who also likes to cook, 2 big guys (1 housemates and 1 love of my life). My daughter and I cook for everyone for dinner and occasionally for breakfast. I try to make it fairly healthy and easy.

I like pork and chicken dishes, love good sauces and hearty soups.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Working on bringing those things back. My mothers best recipes were her potato salad and fried chicken.

Black bean quesadillas or burritos are a raving hit here in my house.
