Well, I had weight loss surgery 5 1/2 yrs ago. hmmm..me, loving to cook. LOL I have MS. Met my wonderful fiance in an online support group and fell in love. My grandson was born on 1-17-06. I fell in love! Our grand daughter was born 9/20/08. She is a beauty! I love to cook, read, Pogo, camp and fish.

Daddy's Fried Corn and Onions
I make this all of the time. Thanks for adding the onion in this. I NEVER would have thought of doing that. I DO add some crushed red pepper flakes some of the times though. This is one of my favorite summer side dishes.

Rhubarb-Pineapple Jam
Oh my goodness! Was this easy. I have looking for an easy recipe for jam for a while now. I used this recipe as a base, as I did not have any rhubarb and had blackberries. I decided to see if this would work. AND it did! I cannot wait until it sets up all the way. My mouth is watering from the smell. LOL Thanks so much!
