Chicken in Mushroom Sauce
chicken was very tender. Sauce was very runny. But otherwise, awesome flavor

Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze
Awesome!!!!!! The hubby absolutely loved them. I added a few dried pepper flakes to them to spice them up and they turned out perfectly.
