Hi Everyone! I was born and raised in a small town called Defiance...OH-IO! I was lucky enough to have a stay at home mom who I believe is the best cook ever. She learned how to make homemade mexican food from my grandma and aunt. I still need to learn myself...but I'm getting there! I've recently been cooking a lot and trying new things. Some are great and some I will never make again ha:) Now I just need someone to do dishes after I'm done and I'm all set. I was surprised at how fun it is to make stuffed shells...mmmm Thanksgiving Day with my mom:) Fish & Shrimp... I know it doesn't sound that complicated, but I was always afraid to cook with them. Now I do it on a weekly basis and it's so easy! I tried a broccoli and cheese soup... it tasted nothing like soup!!! It just tasted like broccoli and cheese! Oh well!
